60 Seconds with Adam Hamilton Triathlete and user of Paneuromix

You are an Ironman Thriathlete, can you tell me more about this discipline?

It is a long distance triathlon, which consists of 2.4 mile swim, then a 112 mile bike, then a 26.2 mile to finish. All done on the same day in under 17hours.

How did you get in touch with this sport, were you always involved in sports? 

I started triathlon about 5yrs ago, i have always been involved with sports from a young age and used to ski for GBR.

What subdiscipline do you like the most? What adventures did you have with this sport?

I most enjoy running and functional training in nature.i have travelled to many different places with triathlon and experiences some amazing places.

Do you think anybody can get involved in Triathlon?


What prices did you win so far?

There is no prize money for me as i compete on a amateur level. Only the pros can win money. But i have a full time job so can't compete as a pro.

What does your daily routine look like?

Routine, doesnt exist, i always try to do something different, and listen to my body. I always mix up my training and keep the body guessing and progressing.

Better focus and mental clarity, along with improved mental agility and capacity. Speed of decisions and memory have improved too.

How do you fit it in your daily routine?

I usually take it first thing in the morning to help me through busy work days and training.

What are your future plans?

To compete at the world championships for Ironman and in Business to continue to grow and expand my business.
